Geoffrey W. White
Geoffrey White has 25+ years of expertise in Will, Estate and Trust matters. He assists clients both at his “heritage” office in Kelowna and at Clark Wilson LLP in downtown Vancouver.
Geoff is an editor of B.C.’s Probate & Estate Administration Practice Manual, which is acknowledged as the primary source for all estate matters in the province. He has litigated estate and trust matters at all levels of court including the BC Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. These matters include: discretionary trusts, multiple wills, removal of an executor, and international conflict of laws.
He is currently the chair of the BC Law Foundation, and has held leadership roles with national Canadian Bar Association, the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners, and Estate Planning Societies.

Deborah is our estate planning Paralegal and office manager and has been with our office since 2011. Prior to joining our office, Deborah worked for nearly 15 years as a legal assistant in a wide range of law areas including estate planning, estate administration, tax and succession planning, corporate reorganizations, company law, and estate litigation. Previous to that, Deborah taught secondary school in Vancouver.
Deborah earned a BEd from UBC Vancouver and a Legal Assistant Diploma from Okanagan University College. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, yoga, and hiking.
Braeden J. Rahn

Braeden is our estate administration, trust administration and estate litigation Paralegal. Braeden has been with our office since 2009. Prior to joining our office, he worked in restaurant and retail management.
Braeden is an associate member of the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and is working towards earning his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation in 2020. Braeden received his Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration from STEP Canada in 2018 and is the 2018 winner of the STEP achievement award for the highest overall combined mark on all four components of the Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration. Braeden also sits on the executive board of STEP Canada's Okanagan Chapter.
Braeden received his Paralegal Diploma, with honours, from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2008. Braeden is currently completing a Bachelor's of Business Administration (Honours) degree at Okanagan College, with plans to pursue a J.D. at one of British Columbia's law schools.

Originally from a small seaside town on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Ashley moved to Kelowna in 2008 to attend Okanagan College and take in the sunshine. She joined our office as a Legal Assistant in our estate planning department after completing her Legal Administrative Assistant Certificates at Okanagan College in 2012.
In 2018, Ashley obtained her status as a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits for the Province of British Columbia. Over the past few years, Ashley has been a guest speaker for students pursuing the Legal Administrative Certificate programs at Okanagan College. As an advocate for Dying with Dignity, Ashley is passionate about the evolving law surrounding end-of-life and health care planning.
When Ashley isn't busy with her creative endeavors (writing, poetry, painting, and gardening) you can likely find her paddle boarding on the lake or playing outside with her dog.

Kayla has been at our office since 2017 and is part of our corporate and conveyancing departments. She received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology from UBCO before studying business at Okanagan College.
When she isn't busy working on her various arts and crafts projects, Kayla enjoys paddle boarding, rollerblading, wine touring, and spending time with her two dogs.

Kaitlyn has been at our office since 2019, is part of our estate administration department, and has previous experience in estate planning. Kaitlyn received her Legal Administrative Assistant Certificates from Okanagan College in 2018 and was the recipient of the Lieutenant Governor’s Silver Medal for Vocational Studies as the graduate with the highest grade average.
Outside of the office, Kaitlyn can be found taking part in group fitness classes or spending time with her family.
Receptionist / Legal Assistant - Estate Planning

Teresa is our receptionist and is also part of our estate planning department. Teresa has been with our office since 2017. Her previous law office experience includes eight years exclusively dedicated to resolving individual Indian Residential School cases. When not at work, Teresa enjoys gardening and spending time with her five cats.
Dallas is our office's bookkeeper.
