Our Firm
We operate one of the few Law Offices in BC that is exclusively focused on Estate, Tax and Charity Law. Geoff White provides the primary legal services. He has received top legal honours in the areas of Wills, Family Property, Estates and Client Counseling. He is also a guest speaker at numerous professional meetings and conferences.

In Estate Law, our office implements estate strategies for clients to preserve and pass on their wealth. We probate these, and other, estates quickly and cost-effectively. We also provide independent advice to beneficiaries who wish to protect their rights within an estate.

In Charity Law, we are proud to have also assisted many charities and donors. In the past few years, we have arranged more than $30 million of charitable gifts. In many cases, the donors of these generous gifts received significant tax benefits as well as the knowledge that their gifts will change lives.

Our "Heritage Home" office reflects our desire to help you make these important decisions comfortably and professionally.

Geoff is a Director of the Kelowna Estate Planning Society and the Wills & Trusts Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association National Charity Law Section; the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP); the Kelowna Gift Planning Roundtable; the Central Okanagan Foundation Grants Committee, and the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
